For those wanting help from start to finish! Perfect for couples with demanding jobs, who live out-of-town or feel overwhelmed planning the wedding on your own. We send and respond to vendor emails on your behalf, manage your budget, bring to life your design and coordinate your wedding weekend!

Monthly check-ins
Vendor research, recommendations, contract negotiations and ongoing communication with all vendors:
Venue, Catering/Bar, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Dessert, Rentals, DJ/Band, Hair and Makeup, Officiant, and other specialty vendors!
Detailed design creation, sourcing and execution
Ongoing budget tracking and payment reminders
Design assistance and review of save-the-date cards, invitations and other wedding day stationery
Review and advise on wedding website
Assistance with securing all necessary décor items
Hotel room block coordination
1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day:
Creation of minute-by-minute timeline
Walk-through of the venue(s) and creation of a layout
Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team
Wedding Week Coordination:
Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (rehearsal details, beauty locations, etc.)
Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography

Partial Planning

You have the majority of things figured out, but just want some professional support on items like budgeting and design!

For those wanting to plan their wedding with hands-on support and design guidance. This package includes everything in the Wedding Management package in addition to the Partial Planning elements. Two coordinators will be present on wedding day.
Budget analysis meeting
Together we will go line by line through our 200+ row spreadsheet creating a detailed budget. Every single item from perfume to programs will be included to give you an accurate snapshot of what your dream wedding will cost. Along the way, we will offer creative suggestions of ways we can help you stay within your desired budget and prioritize for the greatest impact
Personalized recommended list of available vendors based on style, personality and budget
We take care of the hundreds of back and forth emails off your plate and present to you a list of vendors to fit within your budget, match your personality and can bring your vision to life
We send you a design questionnaire to fill out together to help us get to know your style, taste, and ways we can personalize your wedding. We then have a consultation to dive deeper and ensure we are clear on your vision. Lastly, we create a summarized design presentation based on your preferences mixed with our design knowledge and ideas for personalization. This presentation is perfect for sharing with loved ones, helping you select attire, and showing vendors to express your vision.
Accompaniment to Florist, Specialty Rentals and Catering appointments
