FAQ
Where are you based?
We are located in central NC! We will travel anywhere within a 15 mile radius that is included in your package with our mobile bar. Anywhere outside this radius we do charge about $1.50 per mile. We will travel anywhere in the world for our bartending services however!
Do you provide alcohol?
Clients must provide alcohol as Hops & Vines does not carry a bottle or liquor license. However, we can provide a detailed shopping list for you to go out and purchase the alcohol! What is unopened at the end of your event, is given back to you.
What is required to secure my date?
Once you've sent us an inquiry and we've settled on the details, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required to make it official. Final payment is due 1 month from wedding date.
What about insurance?
We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance and can provide proof of policy if needed, upon request. If your venue requires us to list them as additionally insured, just let us know. This applies to any mobile bars.
Do you serve non-alcoholic beverages?
Yes! We can customize any package to include non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, sweet tea, lemonade, or soft drinks.

Our Signature mobile bar service packages include the bars themselves along with staff, homemade juices and syrups for signature cocktails, fresh fruit + garnishes for cocktails, disposable cups, straws, cocktail napkins, ice, staff, commercial bar equipment, general and liquor liability, set up + breakdown, a custom bar menu, and 15 miles of travel from Greensboro, NC (additional mileage applies).
Access to 3:4 kegerator taps upon request for additional fee
